بند «هزینه‌های پنهان خدمات زیرساختی»
۱. هدف و ماهیت هزینه:
در راستای حفظ کیفیت خدمات، پایداری زیرساخت‌های فنی فروشگاه الماس، و همچنین تأمین بخشی از حاشیه سود عملیاتی جهت ادامه ارائه خدمات مطلوب به مشتریان گرامی، هزینه‌ای ثابت و طبقه‌بندی‌شده به‌صورت غیرمستقیم به مجموع مبلغ پرداختی برخی سفارش‌ها افزوده می‌شود.
۲. نحوه اعمال هزینه:
این هزینه صرفاً در مواردی که پرداخت از طریق درگاه خاصی صورت گیرد (نظیر PayPing)، به‌صورت خودکار و بدون نمایش مستقیم در مراحل سبد خرید یا تسویه‌حساب، در فاکتور نهایی لحاظ می‌گردد. مبالغ این هزینه بر اساس میزان خرید تعیین شده و از دید مشتری پنهان باقی می‌ماند تا خللی در تجربهٔ کاربری ایجاد نشود.
۳. ساختار و مبلغ هزینه:
طبقه‌بندی این هزینه به شرح زیر است:
- سفارش‌های کمتر از ۵۰٬۰۰۰ تومان: هزینهٔ زیرساختی ۲٬۰۰۰ تومان
- سفارش‌های بین ۵۰٬۰۰۰ تا ۱۵۰٬۰۰۰ تومان: هزینهٔ زیرساختی ۴٬۰۰۰ تومان
- سفارش‌های بالای ۱۵۰٬۰۰۰ تومان: هزینهٔ زیرساختی ۸٬۰۰۰ تومان
۴. پذیرش ضمنی مشتری:
مشتری با ثبت سفارش و انتخاب درگاه پرداخت موردنظر، ضمن پذیرش تمامی شرایط استفاده از خدمات فروشگاه، موافقت خود را با اعمال این هزینهٔ پنهان ابراز می‌دارد.
۵. حفظ شفافیت در چارچوب حقوقی:
فروشگاه الماس متعهد است این رویه را با احترام به حقوق مصرف‌کننده و در چارچوب مقررات جاری تجارت الکترونیک کشور اجرا کرده و در صورت نیاز، اطلاعات تکمیلی را از طریق پشتیبانی در اختیار خریداران محترم قرار دهد.

The cost structure is as follows:
- Orders less than 50,000 Tomans incur an infrastructure cost of 2,000 Tomans.
- Orders between 50,000 and 150,000 Tomans incur an infrastructure cost of 4,000 Tomans.
- Orders over 150,000 Tomans incur an infrastructure cost of 8,000 Tomans.
By placing an order and selecting the desired payment gateway, the customer implicitly agrees to accept all terms and conditions of using the store’s services, including the application of these hidden costs. The store is committed to executing this procedure in compliance with consumer rights and current e-commerce regulations of the country, and additional information is available through customer support if needed.
